The world needs more Great Men! The production of more great men is best accomplished by other great men! History has proven that men take pride in standing on the shoulders of other great men that have gone on before them. We need more healthy role models in fatherhood, brotherhood, and manhood. This is certainly not to discredit nor discount so many beautiful and strong single mothers, grandmothers, or aunties that have raised young men that are now successful, but even in those cases, whether a coach, uncle, or community leader some man impacted and influenced those young boy’s life. The problem is most men don’t have a visible model for manhood.
Christopher A. Johnson believes that everyone can be great in life. Greatness is not a skill, it’s a mindset, and a disposition. Great people do great things! This mindset starts from within. A former coach, player, motivational speaker and mentor, Chris brings a unique blend of experiences and insight to help push people to greatness.
I’m a man first. Before my title, job, career, or status, I’m a man. Many men don’t have that kind of assurance anymore. There is a great number of men that passively declare man-hood or they don’t claim it all. An even greater travesty is that kind of passivity gets passed along to future generations. In much of our society, women influence the thinking of our men. However, there are just some things that women can’t teach men. I know this kind of rhetoric seems a bit antiquated, even Neanderthal to some, but hear me out.
